Returns & Refund Policy
Blue Moose Designs products are custom-made to your order specifications using your chosen artwork, colors, and product options. Because each item is individually decorated, custom or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Return Eligibility
- Eligible for Return: Items with manufacturing defects, incorrect items received, or products damaged during shipping.
- Not Eligible for Return: Custom-decorated items that match the approved order and artwork specifications.
- Non-Decorated Items: Unused, non-decorated blank products may be returned within 30 days if in new, resalable condition and in original packaging.
Return Authorization (RMA) Required
To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Customer Support and include your order number, purchase date, the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return. Once approved, your RMA number will be issued and must be written clearly on the outside of the return parcel.
Return Conditions
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in like-new condition.
- Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
- Shipping charges for returned products are the responsibility of the customer unless Blue Moose Designs is at fault.
- We do not reimburse shipping or handling fees.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved returns due to Blue Moose Designs error or verified defect will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the full legal rights and permissions to reproduce the designs, logos, or images you provide. Blue Moose Designs does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Moose Designs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of submitted content.
How to Return Items
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA number. Indicate whether you are requesting a replacement or refund.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package prepaid to the address below:
